Q2-Highlight of my Day- Save the Honey Bees ๐Ÿ

I’m sitting outside for some breeze while I work and made a little friend, isn’t he adorable ๐Ÿ

ChatGPT and I had to roundtable this thing, so FYI

Hereโ€™s what you can do to safely help a tired bee ( don’t give them cherry coke)

๐Ÿ Bee Rescue Formula (Safe Bee “Energy Drink”)

Mix:

  • 2 teaspoons of white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of water
(You can scale up if needed, but keep the 2:1 sugar-to-water ratio.)

Instructions:

  1. Mix until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Place a small amount on a spoon, bottlecap, or leaf away from flowers (to avoid contaminating real nectar sources).
  3. Let the bee drinkโ€”it should perk up within 5โ€“10 minutes if itโ€™s just tired.

๐Ÿ Extra Tips:

  • Donโ€™t use honeybrown sugar, or artificial sweetenersโ€”they can carry pathogens or be indigestible to bees.
  • Bees sometimes rest because they’re cold. If itโ€™s cool out, place the bee in a sunny, safe, sheltered spot.

Here you goโ€”your very own “Bee Rescue Card” ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’›
You can screenshot it or print and keep it in your bag, glovebox, or wallet.
