Happy May Day to All the Workers Out There
Today, we honor the hands that keep this country moving—literally. From factory floors to food lines, cubicles to car seats, it’s the workers who grind every day to make ends meet and keep the wheels turning.
As a rideshare driver, I see the hustle from the driver’s seat: the nurse catching a ride to a night shift, the teacher heading to a second job, the warehouse worker going home just as the city wakes up. We’re all part of the same engine—underpaid, overworked, but damn resilient.
So here’s to us: the gig workers, the clock punchers, the tip chasers, the overlooked. We are the labor. And today is our day.
Solidarity from the driver’s seat.
